Please take note whether you signed up for email or text updates regarding your order. All previous & current orders with status info (including tracking numbers) will be listed. We aim to ship same day/next day as best as possible but understand orders may ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 7 business days for USPS tracking to update. We are excited for you to receive your items just as much as you are! However, please note, we have no control over USPS scans and transit routes. We are only able to see the same tracking information you are able to see. Please be patient with USPS updates!
We do not offer any refunds, exchanges or changes to any orders once placed. If any courtesy is provided, transaction fees will be deducted from any return. Glitter Zoo will not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items if you do not purchase ROUTE insurance that is provided at a low cost fee upon checkout. Any packages returned to Glitter Zoo will require additional shipping costs as well as packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
