How do I use my Zoo Treats?
You can cash in your treats at checkout for a reward or hoard those treats for a bigger reward! Must be used on purchase of $15 or more.
How do I check how many Zoo Treats I have?
Log into your account on the website by clicking the person icon located on your screens top right corner. After, click on the icon located on your screen's bottom right-hand corner.
How long will it take for my Zoo Treats to be in my account?
You will see your treats in your account once your order ships.
I cashed in my treats, what now?
Your reward/coupon code will remain in your account until you use it on a purchase of $15 or more.
Can I have multiple accounts, transfer or combine Zoo Treats from another account?
No, you can only have ONE Zoo Treats account and ONE login. If you have 2 accounts, only one will be associated with your Zoo Treats, so remember which one that is. You cannot combine email accounts or treats.
Do my Zoo Treats expire?
Points will not expire. This may be subject to change.
Are there any exceptions?
Zoo Treats cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotion or coupon code. You must use a reward in a single purchase. Only product prices qualify for Zoo Treats. Cannot be used on purchases less then $15. Shipping & gift card purchases do not qualify. Previous orders do not qualify for Zoo Treats. To receive referral reward, referral must make a purchase & be a new customer without an account.
